Asset administration shells for type assets refer to AUMA product families such as the TIGRON type range. They contain important generic reference data for the respective type range.
Standardised, relevant attributes and their values are available in a clear and machine-readable format. This data can be used for planning, specifications, tenders, comparing different products, or even digital catalogues. For example, this data can be integrated directly into a planning system via an AASX file.
On this basis, the consultant can systematically evaluate and select products such as the AUMA TIGRON before a specific instance is specified. This reduces the need for time-consuming, iterative coordination between consultant, procurement and suppliers and avoids technical queries.

Open the AUMA Digital Twin platform dtp.auma.cpone.conplement.cloud/en-GB and enter the AUMA product name in the middle column, enclosed in asterisks (*), for example *TIGRON*.
