AC-SIL/ACExC-SIL

AUMA可提供AC 01.2-SIL或ACExC 01.2-SIL执行器控制装置，满足高级别安全要求的复杂控制需求。SA.2和SQ.2系列执行器配置此类控制装置后，最高可用于功能安全SIL 3的安全系统中。SIL型AC 01.2执行器控制装置配置附加SIL模块，用于执行安全功能。发生紧急情况时，安全功能被激活，AC的标准逻辑控制功能被旁路，同时启动SIL模块的安全操作功能。因此，安全功能总是优先于标准操作。配置此类执行器控制装置的SA.2和SQ.2系列执行器已顺利通过TÜV 认证，可用于下列安全功能：

安全开/关（ESD），SIL 2（单通道）或SIL 3（冗余系统），依据IEC 61508 Ed.2标准
安全停机，SIL 2（单通道），依据IEC 61508 Ed.2标准
安全终端位置反馈，SIL 2（依据IEC 61508 Ed.2标准）或 PL c（依据ISO 13849标准）（不是证书的一部分）。

Bluetooth interface to notebook and Android tablet

Selectable seating types for safety operation: Forced limit seating in end position, forced limit seating in end position with overload protection, forced torque seating in end position, no seating for safety operation
Control of safety functions via wire break-proof (low active) 24 V DC inputs; redundant setup for ESD function
