SAI/SARI

Flervarvsdon

SAI/SARI-serien är avsedd för automation av ventiler i kärnkraftverk. SAI/SARI-ställdon används inne i reaktorbyggnaden (inside containment) och är kvalificerade enligt IEEE 382-2006. De haverisäkra SAI/SARI-ställdonen kan överta säkerhetsfunktioner vid ett haveri. Flervarvsdonen i SAI-serien kan användas för on/off-drift och positioneringsdrift. SARI-ställdonen är avsedda för regleringsdrift.

TIGRON-M SIL

Flervarvsdon

TIGRON är ett flervarvsdon för klassiska uppgifter: Automation av slidventiler med/utan stigande spindel, kägelventiler (Double Block- och Bleed-ventiler) samt av vridspjäll och kulventiler (i kombination med snäckväxlar).

Nästan obegränsad slaglängd

Stigande spindlar förs in i flervarvsdonets hålaxel, som i kombination med koppling A driver spindeln. Med ett spindelskyddsrör kan spindeln skyddas mot smuts och personer skyddas mot personskador.

On/off-, positionerings- och regleringsdrift

Våra TIGRON-ställdon kan beställas i utföranden för alla driftarter. Om en flervarvsväxel kombineras med en växel i serien GK eller GST erhålls vridmoment på upp till 16 000 Nm.

Moduluppbyggt AUMA-koncept

AUMA:s utbud omfattar sex serier av ventilväxlar. Dessa utgör ett optimalt komplement till TIGRON och utökar dess användningsområde även till andra ventiltyper. Till dessa hör t.ex. vridspjäll och kulventiler – de senare vanligt förekommande inom olje- och gasindustrin och vars manövrering kräver en vridrörelse på vanligtvis 90 grader. I dessa fall kombineras TIGRON med en snäckväxel från AUMA.

AUMA:s linjärenheter används för att omvandla TIGRON-ställdonens vridrörelse till en linjär rörelse – som krävs vid automation automation av ventiler.

Vid höga tryck i rörledningar krävs flervarvsdon med höga vridmoment. Genom att kombinera ett flervarvsdon med flervarvsväxeln GHT kan vridmomentsområdet utökas till 120 000 Nm.
