Multi-turn gearboxes

AUMA India Bevel Gearboxes are designed to operate all types of rising or non-rising stem valves and gate valves where thrust may or may not be taken by the gearbox. They are equipped with thrust base for multi-turn gate application.

They can either be operated in:

• manual operation directly via Hand wheel
• motor operation (electric multi-turn actuator)

AUMA India ABG.2 Bevel Gearboxes are designed to operate all types of rising or non-rising stem gate valves with higher torque requirements. The design allows for integrating the output drive within the gearbox, thus optimizing the gearbox sizes.

Part-turn gearboxes

Auma India GS type Worm gearboxes are designed for rotation up to 135° with end stop for operation of Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Plug Valves, or 360° for operation of Gate, Dampers etc.

• motor operation (electric multi-turn actuator)

Part-turn gearboxes

GF series of gearboxes are specially used for actuation of Louvers, Dampers and Butterfly Valves, which require quarter-turn applications. Clockwise rotation at the input shaft results in clockwise movement at the lever.

• Using a side mounted handwheel instead of the standard handwheel can further reduce manual effort on the handwheel. This is accomplished by using a TBG (Top Bevel Gear set) at the input of the actuator.
