the Milan drive advanced
Technical design
For the Milan drive advanced, the drive and the controls are firmly connected as a unit. Dies vereinfacht die Montierbarkeit, die Inbetriebnahme und den Service gegenüber herkömmlichen Servoantriebssystemen.
Operation
Commissioning, configuration, and programming of the servo positioning system is performed via the RS 232 interface, using the operating software on the computer. The operating software runs under all current Windows operating systems. The internal CAN bus is available for the operation via I/O box.Electronic unit
The Milan drive advanced contains all components required for electronic controls. Determined tasks such as the positioning of loads within a defined interval or to a defined position are carried out automatically upon receipt of a start signal. Superordinate controls are thereby relieved and shorter response times can be achieved. The Milan drive advanced can be operated totally autonomously during controlled processes not requiring dynamic synchronisations.Sequential control
By means of the integral controls up to 100 positions in 100 driving data records may be defined for any period of time, torque or defined position. Any sequence in which the driving data records are performed may be configured. The chronological order may be selected automatically – with or without intermediate stop - , as program loop, event controlled or as single step mode during commissioning
