Part-Turn actuators SG, SGR, ASR, combinations SA ... GS

Electric part-turn actuators by AUMA are used where an automatic, electrically operated movement with a swing angle of less than  360 ° has to be implemented as it is the case for valves like butterfly and ball valves.

The further development of the reliable SG .1 type range and its extension for the lower torque ranges by the SG .3 type range, as well as the development of the ASR type range with integral controls VARIOMATIC offers the customers a multitude of possibilities to integrate actuators into the process control system. The adaptation to the requirements of nearly every valve automation task is possible.

In case a higher torque is required, combinations of the multi-turn actuators SA ... with the AUMA worm gearboxes GS are used.

For many years now, AUMA has been supplying the ship-building industry and has met the high requirements on military ships. The electric part-turn actuator SG .2 has been optimised for this application.
