Part-turn actuators SG .2

Electricity is available everywhere on every ship. For the power supply an AUMA actuator does not need anything else. Hydraulic or pneumatic lines with their auxiliary systems are no longer required. A significant advantage during installation, without mentioning later service requirements.

The actuator and controls MEC are equipped with all the necessary components. From limit switches and remote position transmitters right through to the handwheel for emergency operation.

AUMA part-turn actuators SG are ideally suited for the automation of part-turn valves such as
butterfly valves or ball valves. The compact design allows installation in restricted areas. The variable speed motor allows simple setting of the operating time on site. 

Design features:

• Torque range from 63 Nm to 500 Nm
• Operating times for 90° from  6 s - 90 s
